Solar Energy systems have been installed in different parts of Somalia, and are being used. This is a huge step towards progress. Somalia is showing the world that even after decades of war, the importance and the need of solar energy in Somalia. Somalia understands that climate change affects livelihoods, conflict prevention, and energy security, brings sustainable development for all, and most importantly food security.
